Nice facilities, good for meeting people, beachfront, helpful staff

My room wasn‘t prepared when I came, food was okayish, no outside seating in restaurant. Staff was a bit slow and didn‘t speak english very well. Beach wasn‘t clean.

The staff was very nice and helped to make the stay very nice for us. As well, the calm location provided a great time out at the beach.

Unfortunately, the description in booking.com is wrong and it is not a 5 star hotel, but rather a 3 star hotel (as also indicated on google). Therefore, going there with an expectation of a very good 3 star hotel you will be more than happy.

Beach had some rubbish

We have stayed there for almost 2 weeks with our 1 year old baby. Very nice rooms, big, clean and comfortable. The rooms get cleaned every 2 days, there is ac in the room. There are 2 pools with a very nice area. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy. For kiting you need to take a transport to the lagoon which was the only annoying thing. In the other season you can launch and land your kite directly there at the beach.

Compared to the other places the food was a bit expensive with not much Ambiente in the restaurant.
