Nice staff who were very accommodating (kept the breakfast buffet open for us when we arrived back very late from dolphin watching) and very good sri lankan breakfast. Triple room was a bit small but very comfortable. Nice pools.

There were constant powercuts during our stay (especially during the night) and room fan did not come back on automatically when power resumed. Also the room AC, TV and fan remotes did not work which was a little inconvenient. Cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved.

Friendly Staff and Host, Mr. Sebastian and the Service Personal they try to do everything to make your stay a good experience.

I was lucky I did not have to change the room, 🤗🙏others had to change the room/bungalow sometimes.

Comfortable, clean but not really value for money. Restaurant and cleaning staff were lovely.

Owner and reception staff are terrible. Very upsetting, we were lied to repeatedly and ignore about transport from the resort back to Columbo on our final day. They kept saying it would be 10min but 2 hours later our Uber came. The staff had ‘organised’ for the Uber in their language to be cancelled so we would have to pay for their booked car -hotel price through them which was more than double the cost of the Uber price. Your your sake ensure you book a pick me or an Uber and don’t get the staff involved as you will pay double/more than double the cost. Potentially walk down the road away from resort and book something and completely seperate that business from resort staff. Beach is filfthy.

Food was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. A different level of peaceful vibe in the surroundings. Clean cottages with air conditioning were good. Restaurant staff provided good explanations on food before ordering, including what can go wrong.

TV didn't work, wasn't fixed even after informing, not very important though. No buffet for breakfast.

Unfortunately we were there during a party period. Loud music till late, which is not the best with small kids

The location is lovely and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Staffs are very kind and helpful!! Breakfast is amazing. Rooms are tidy and clean. Highly recommended;)
