Casa Ambar Hotel & Boutique - Party Side Tulum

Big room, comfortable beds.

Breakfast very poor - only toast with butter and Jam and some fruits. For drinking only coffee available. Bed was full of sand from previous visítor (see on the pictures) No hair dryer available. Strange smell in the room. Room looked better on pictures than in reality.

Location and free parking.

The place was ugly, the staff was there but did not help, the first day they did not clean the room, a water pumping truck woke us up early one morning. We ended up leaving.

Emplacement idéal, commerces, restaurants et plages accessibles à pieds très facilement. Le personnel était très sympathique.  Malgré le manque de confort dans la chambre, tout était très propre. Climatisation opérationnelle.

Manque d’équipements : mini frigo pour y ranger les bouteilles d’eau, un placard pour y ranger nos affaires.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement central. Parking privé. Hôtes très sympas et arrangeants. La cenote privée à 2km - un vrai coup de coeur !

Bruyant le soir avec les discothèques juste à côté.

The staff was super friendly and kind. The location is good for the party side.

The hotels needs a little face lift of the rooms and the furniture. They can could use an ice machine as well.
