Nardazul "Casa de Sueños"

The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. It was very safe, and it was only an 8-minute walk to and from the Centro of the city. I liked the staff, who were very friendly and prompt with requests.

Great location just a few blocks from the city center and at night is very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are small but well laid out so they don’t feel small. The entire hotel feels like an oasis. The breakfast was good. I wish there was juice available. There was only water and coffee available. The hotel is in a good location.

There was construction going on in the hotel that did not end until 7pm.

The location was excellent . It was a couple of blocks away from Centro so out of the noise. The street that it was on was busy, but I could not hear a single sound all night long. It was completely silent. I don’t know how they did it, but it was excellent!

What a gorgeous, boutique experience. There are only two handfuls of rooms at this property, so you really feel like you are in a quiet oasis, especially with the charming courtyard teaming with plants. As soon as you enter the property, the city noise is cut out and you have entered a tranquil setting. The breakfast is delightful - made up of several courses (coffee/tea, bread/pastries, yogurt with fruit, and main dish (which was hot, Oaxacian food); the woman who oversees breakfast is so lovely - friendly and a great cook. Our room (two queen beds with a terrace on the second floor) was spacious and included a small fridge, nespresso set-up, tv, AC, wardrobe and spacious bathroom. It is about a 10 minute walk to city center and it felt safe for my family and I to walk to and from. The front desk is helpful if you need them to call a taxi or make recommendations. We can't say enough nice things about this property!

If I had a genie in a bottle: The walk to town is short and I wish it was 2-3 blocks closer. However, we did feel safe and walked home after dinner in the dark every night we were there. Of course, guests can always take a taxi to return back to the hotel if they don't want to do the 10 minute walk. I also wish we could stay longer; we felt so taken care of when we were there.

The place was a great hub for us and when we arrived at the end of each day, they were always ready with a smile and offer of help! Breakfast was classic Mexican and hardy!
