Nardazul "Casa de Sueños"

This is a gem of a hotel, located close to but not in the busy downtown area. It's beautiful, peaceful, welcoming, and very comfortable. We stayed in a room at the back of the property, which was perfect in terms of minimal if any noise from the road. This will definitely be my hotel choice when I return to Oaxaca. The staff is very helpful and the room we were in was just lovely.

The room had a male and female hat for sun protection, which was very thoughtful. But they did not seem to have any extra male hats when we asked. I would recommend keeping a few extra hats given that all guests are not necessarily male-female couples.

The location, although a 10 minute walk into the historic centro was perfect as it was a quiet little oasis from the noisy centro. Staff were wonderful (minimal English but I practiced my Español!). Loved having breakfast daily and not having to go out and look for it. Rooms were large and very clean. Perfect Stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Small detail but would lived to have non-sweet breads available at breakfast, all served were sweet.

The breakfast in the garden was great. The room is clean .

Water pressure is weak. It would have been better if the staff spoke English.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I had made a couple of requests in advance to make my partners trip special, and they nailed it for us- it was excellent. The location was a quiet little oasis, filled with beautiful plants and spots to sit and relax. A short walk to all the great sights and sounds of Centro. Breakfast was great each day, and everyone who worked there was super-friendly.

Small, quiet, beautifully landscaped oasis in the middle of a busy street. Well located, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Lots of small touches that go a long way to make the stay better, eg hats and bags to borrow for excursions, one round of complimentary mini bar. Pet-friendly. :)

Very minor detail but there was a small dead zone for wifi where the desk area is in the room.

We were upgraded to the larger room owing to a cancellation. The hotel was truly exceptional, a little oasis in the city. The decor was well thought out and designed. Free coffee and other drinks too which was a nice surprise. 10 mins walk from the centre of the city.

Nothing, if you’re debating whether to book, do it. This place is a complete gem.
