Nardazul "Casa de Sueños"

Room was modern, amenities like towels and biodegradable soaps and shower products plus natural insect repellent. Morning breakfast included and good. Staff helpful and pleasant. Convenient location to downtown shops, mercados and restaurants without being in the more noisy Zocalo area.

Well designed overall, rooms and grounds. Breakfasts were fantastic and someone was always at the front desk to help. Towels were changed daily, rooms kept neat. Thank you!

Great place, calm, peaceful, great staff and fantastic breakfast

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff helped us arrange a taxi from the airport when we arrived and helped us set up two excellent tour. Breakfasts were delicious! The rooms were nice and quiet and the location was nice - a little bit removed from the chaos of Santo Domingo and the Zocalo, but still close enough to walk everywhere and feel comfortable. The interior courtyard and patio areas were full of nice plants and were wonderful spaces for relaxing.

The much applauded breakfast was ok, but nothing exceptional. I went out for breakfast nearby a few times. Staff was pleasant enough, but not very friendly.

The rooms on the ground floor are dark and very humid. You can hear every move from someone in the room above. Designed by an idiot. Extremely noisy with buses and cars roaring down the road all day and night. Lighting is miserable and the fixtures are cheap. Wifi is terrible.

Such a peaceful, comfortable space to relax in after a day exploring. I loved the beautiful courtyard for breakfast and the staff were lovely.

There is almost nothing to fault.

The staff were very helpful and the location was perfect. The room size was great and we used the small balcony every day. Additionally, the included breakfast was tasty and a good way to start the day.

The street the hotel is located on is pretty busy, but it's not noticeable once you walk through the door. The breakfast was really good, but it was a little repetitive if you were there for more than a couple of days.

Really nice, quiet property with clean, updated rooms. 5-10 minutes to many shops and the heart of downtown Oaxaca. The complimentary breakfast (830-1030) was delicious and the lady managing it in the mornings was super sweet. It was a nice way to start each day.

Unfortunately, the internet is super slow in the room / property and they couldn’t improve it. For the entire trip, we barely got 1 Megabyte per second. If you need to work or want to consume content, we walked a couple blocks to a coffee shop. Also, we had two days of no hot water, which they fixed on the third day (we had thought it ran out before asking). The pillows were way too thick and strained our necks.
