Senu Lagoon Villa

All new and clean! It does look nice and the staff is very friendly! It’s clear that they are starting.

There is no soap or shampoo in the room. I asked about it at the staff and they didn’t even seem to have thought about it. The answer was no.. there is no soap or shower gel. An other thing: the place seems to have its own dog. This is a Rottweiler. They are very friendly dogs if you train them well.. I thought he was very pushy and a little provocative. When I told the staff that I didn’t feel comfortable with the dog pushing me, they had a hard time getting him inside. It’s clear that no one seems to know how to raise a complex dog. This could be a problem in the future. Breakfast was not good. Just some toasted white bread and scrambled egg and some confiture and butter.

Location is great - tucked away so quiet, so many bird noises and looking out onto grassland/ pond feel like you’re in jungle. They also have kayaks you can use to go on the lake. Beach is only 5 min away and you have many quiet restaurants along the seafront.

It’s very new so they are still doing works which is loud if you want to use their pool, but you can’t hear from the room and they are hoping to be done very soon so I would happily come again.

Clean and new rooms. Wonderful view from the balcony. A lot of animals comes: monkeys, peacocks, mongooses, different birds and varans. It’s a very quiet and silent place where you can take a rest. Also there is a swimming pool. Breakfast is included, it was tasty. Also we take kayak and take a trip around the lake. It was fascinating, we saw a huge variety of different animals. Living here was a great experience for us. The stuff was very helpful and nice.

The property is brand new. We booked for one night and finally we extended one more because we felt really good. They wait for you with a welcome juice, and the guys that are working there are really helpful and attentives. They make us feel so good. Perfect place to stay. Location is good, just a few minutes by walk to the beach. And also you have close a lot of home made places to eat

Very spacious rooms and a nice pool. All was really clean and new. AC and warm water was working very well. Best location in front of a beautiful landscape and a lot of animals to see. It was very quiet but also near to the beach and a lot of restaurants and bars. The staff was very kind and helpful. You also can do a kayak tour there, they have 2 new kayaks. I definitely would come again.

Clean, spacious, new rooms. Very nice swimming pool and good location. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The garden is not finished yet, but will be any time soon.

Room are new and pretty, very nice host and dog :)

Room need cleaning, a lot of bugs, spiders and spider webs.

the owner has used good quality fittings comfy bed, good shower there is a great ac - essential (and rare) in Tangalle lovely view across the pond and meadows quiet (with a few monkeys around) nice and helpful host

the resort is still under construction, it looks like it’s going to be great - if you are considering staying here in 2024 (when it’ll be fully finished) I strongly recommend you to do it!
