CHI only stayed one night because I wanted to visit Calakmul. The cabin is great and you have a private bathroom. There is a communal table and free water for the guests.
After checkout you can't even use the bathroom which I found a pitty specially if you are going to take a long bus ride.

USVery affordable and convenient place to stay for visiting Calakmul, and the host was friendly and helpful. The electric fan was very effective and a mosquito net was provided.
The facilities were very basic, and outside noise was virtually unobstructed, which made it difficult to sleep well.

DKUSEach room is its own little cabin. This was a great base for exploring Calakmul, and staff was very flexible even with early morning check out plans.
The mosquito net didn't go all the way around the bed, so you had to be careful not to open a gap in it. The light in the bathroom did not have a clearly indicated switch, so it was quite dark. AC would have been nice, although the fan provided did work very well.
