The staff was great, really helpful and kind. The house itself is really simple, but for the price its okay. Very clean as well.

I dont have much problem sleeping in noise, but this is some next level stuff around here. Cars, vans, motorbikes, trucks, anything you can (and cant) imagine. Nearly impossible to sleep. My rating would be much higher, because the house itself for the price is ok, the staff is lovely, but the noise is EXTREME! Btw the whole area/city is a construction site as of 2024 february.

You get what you need there: hot shower, bed with mosquito net, possibility to arrange the transport to go see the Calakmul ruins. Same place as the one named Chaak Calakmul on Booking. You get shampoo, soap and towels.

If you arrive late, it can be dark to get to the location. It's not luxury, just what you need. Quite noisy.

Cabanas were bigger than expected. Clean and comfortable.

Limited space to hang out. Our juice froze in the fridge.

Nice Cabaña with a private bathroom and hot shower, parking and bakery nearby. Good place for two nights while visiting Calakmul. Good wifi.

There was no water sometimes.

Good location, off street parking, lots of hooks to hang stuff, enough power points. There is WiFi. There is no-aircon but there was a fan. There is a mosquito net over the bed but luckily we did not need it. It was very cheap, but had everything you needed. Helpful staff. Tasty cheap food available from bakery across the road. Good for day trip to Calakmul

Insects could get in the room (hence the mosquito net over the bed). We were fine but not sure if we were lucky given it rained all night

Perfect value for money when you have to stay in Xpujil.

Warning lots of noises at night in the street. I had issue with electricity in the shower.
