The Bay

The staff were accommodating when we did not like the view from our room and allowed us to change to get a triple room with a view for a bit extra. The TV did not work in the 2nd room, and they allowed us to change again. Had lots of Meal choices in the multitude of restaurants in the neighborhood.

The two-room changes we had to make to get a room we liked and had a working TV Needing to lock the room from the inside with a key in the Dark, as it was attached to the keytag that operated the room lights. There should be knob to rotatae to lock a door from the inside, not the key.

Great location to be in. the rooms could do with a bit more cleanliness/update. The hosts were very friendly and cooperative. The beach was very clean. Highly recommended.

This hotel is really comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well-equipped, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide all the essentials, including a mini fridge, extra towels, and more. The hotel is located right in front of the beach, which makes the location absolutely perfect. Everything is close by, so there’s no need to travel far for food, shops, or activities. Overall, everything was great,we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Everything about the hotel room was great, except that they could pay a little more attention to cleanliness.

The fantastic location right on the beach and in the middle of town for access to food and parking on site for my tuk tuk.. room was very large with a good bathroom.

Due to being off season I had the place to myself, the kitchen wasn't really open, which was understandable... but this was a positive for me plenty of alternative options were available.

Nice clean beach right in front of the property. Supportive staff. Great value for money. Lots of restaurants within 200m.

I had a wonderful stay at here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Foods are also superb. The owner Mr. Sean was also very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. He is a wonderful guy. One of the best manager i have ever met. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arugum Bay.
