The location, proximity to the bay.

It is quite old, which in itself is architecturally charming, but it is sadly very grubby, it doesn’t feel clean, I’m not a precious person, but I wore my thongs when walking in room, and the bathroom was very smelly. We were not given the room that we booked, it was nothing like the photos on Booking.com, but after a 6 hour drive, we let it go. If you book the deluxe triple with sea view, I hope you get one.

Hotel location is good. Room was ok

Pool was very poor and seems not cleaned, and also it's a small inside pool Some of the bathroom fittings were broken
