Las habitaciones son cómodas, la cantidad de albercas, la limpieza de las instalaciones y la flora y fauna que hay dentro del hotel

Exceso de hormigas en el área de la cocina dentro de la habitación, guardavidas en las playas para que adviertan sobre los riesgos de la fauna marina

Que me toco en 3er piso y mi maleta estaba muy pesada

I've always enjoyed the location. You're not in the hustle and bustle of the Malecon and convenience to Plaza Caracol for quick shopping and other needs is a plus. Ubers and/or busses stop right outside for your convenience as well to get you where you want to go. The property grounds are impeccably maintained as usual.

Door locks had difficulty. Bathrooms were semi modernized adjustable bed and couch cushions extremely uncomfortable and Ac in kitchen and dining area was definitely not as strong as in the bedroom. Place is somewhat outdated however they are making many updates from the sounds of all the construction going on in various units. And one day there was no water between 2 and 5 p.m. and we weren't notified of the inconvenience.

Location, pretty clean, all the pools, restaurant and its staff

The room was a little run down and things were broke, the bed was just ok

We were close to another hotel that had really loud music that sometimes played until 11:30pm. Was too loud at night. Clean pools, great restaurant. The grounds were beautiful and really well maintained. We would go back!
