Location was excellent. The beach and pools were wonderful. The restaurant was great.

No umbrellas around the pools, could also use more umbrellas on the beach for the size of the facility. Our room was advertised to have a mini bar and it didn’t have one. Just received one bottle of water. Had coffee for one day and was refused any more. Room didn’t have a balcony, make sure to choose one that has one! We requested an upgrade and we were laughed at.

I wasn’t able to use a phone in the room or the lobby to make a local call. I had to ask a staff member on the grounds if I could use their cell phone! The staff in the lobby were not helpful.

"We had a great stay!"

Really nice property with all amenities that we needed, including pickleball courts! Nice pools, green areas, good restaurant on site, beautiful beach. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I’d recommend not booking an economy room, but an upgraded one if available as you may be a bit disappointed with the location, size and lack of outdoor space of the economy room.

The food

There is a woman named Magdalena at the front desk who has a terrible attitude and bad treatment to customers. We won't come back there. Women restrooms stinked and did not have sink to Wash hands. Our room did not work the tv, bad light in every where.

Stayed before - love the location . Restaurant is very good, extremely friendly servers .

The odor from adjacent drainage area smelled awful this year - constant smells, so much so that it was hard to sit out on the patio. This issue really needs to be addressed because every year it gets worse. Also, I will say the pools this year were extremely cold.

Quiet, clean, beautiful grounds and pools. Walking distance to great restaurants and beaches.

More beach recliners and filled jacuzzi.
