First night there was very heavy rain. Rain poured in our room we had to use the only two towels we had to stop the rain . Called the front desk someone finally came but the front desk lady beyond rude and didn’t believe us , next day we changed rooms but not after a fight I had to show video proof. Also our first room was in a construction zone so hammers started at 7am. Our toilet was broken as well . Time share people there were so rude we felt threatened by them .

I like the familiarity with the location and proximity to Soriana and Plaza Caracol allowing for flexibility with food preparation and conveniences.

I wasn't impressed that the hottub was still out of service since this was at least my 4th visit since it hasn't been functioning. I would've liked a ground floor due to physical limitations which I have requested each and every time at the time of booking reservations. A later checkout time would have also been more accommodating since I had a late afternoon return flight.

The pools were nice and clean, there were restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and it was easy to find taxis to downtown. Wifi was strong enough to get some work done.

The pools have no shade and are so shallow that they can get too warm to feel refreshing. But when you're in paradise, this is a small price to pay. Nothing so bad I wouldn't return. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Broken sliding door, air conditioner was leaking water all over reaching my bed. When we call reception no body was able to do anything about it until the next day. Also, my mom is 90 and needed a first floor room and they didn’t have one until a day later and the room was very small for 4 people.

Location was good.

The front door didn't close properly, the sofas were dirty and smelly, the TV speaker didn't work, charged me for 5 pool towel only gave me 3, the list can go on and on

Very traditional and rustic property, in Mexican style. Lots of palm trees to keep the place fresh and green, with direct access to the beach and 6 swimming pools. Nice apartment.

No fitness available, the receptionists not very helpful, nor friendly. The beach has got a limited length due to rivers in each side. So if you want to run and so sport, you must go on the busy traffic street and breath contamination. All of this, makes it not a 4-star hotel.
