Beautiful green property, lots of pools, staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent as well. Internet was good enough, although occasionally unstable.

I don't think there is anything in particular that I did not like. It was an excellent place.

I like the location and cleanliness of the grounds.

I didn't like that my reservations couldn't be modified to expectations and that due to a cancelation of my flight I wasn't able to keep original accommodations and downgraded to much worse accommodations for a much higher price. I recently had double spinal fusion and they put me in a facility that did not accommodate physical limitations nor have handicapped access. Also paint was peeling off walls, the bathroom was dirty when we arrived and remained that way through our stay. Also a dead cochroach stayed in same place on the floor for 2 days and that's not impressive. Since division of the original partnership the property has gone downhill in my opinion.....

Beachfront, lovely gardens. Had a nice ocean view. Swimming pools are great. On-site resto has nice food and drinks. Room was comfortable. Big king bed, AC, fan etc. Fridge and coffee maker. Nice balcony. Easy ride to town by bus close by.

Great location. Walking distance to grocery, convenience store, local restaurants. Bus stop directly across the street for cheap ride to Zona Romantica. On one side of the building the trees are filled with iguanas and turtles. The garden is so beautiful and lush, felt very well maintained. Staff came promptly to help with the safe and wifi connections.

Patio doors don’t lock from the outside. A minor inconvenience but walking around the entire building coming from the pool or beach was a minor inconvenience. First world problems, I know. Also the patios are not private. Our patio mates were great but we felt a little self conscious . Over all still a wonderful vacation.

located in the hotel zone, the beach by the hotel is not as busy, which is great for us a shopping mall across the street from the hotel with all the necessities nice hotel grounds with several pools and a restaurant, kids can get noisy late in the afternoon

i just wish the description of rooms can be done better. we booked an apartment for 5, which comes with ocean view as a part of it. the one we had was on the ground floor, tugged inside, with a puny sight of ocean between buildings in front of us, in distance. at least that's not my idea of ocean view. it's a big compound with many buildings, a map indicating the locations of rooms will definitely help. if you want that "ocean front" ocean view or "overlooking the ocean" one, you need to ask many questions before you book.
