Grounds well maintained; good security;good and drinks good

Bed was extremely hard; had asked for quiet room and was put in building 20 which backs to other resort property where music was played all day and sometime into the evening until 10:30pm

The entire property was beautiful and exactly what I was expecting for my short vacation. It had a private beach and I felt very secure with round the clock security. The room was beautiful and clean however on my last day there was a problem with the plumbing so the shower wouldn’t fully turn off and the bathroom in general had an awful smell. I was out of the room so I didn’t have to deal with it too much but the cleaning lady said she would let maintenance know but by the time I returned it was still not resolved. Not a big deal because it was my last night but still inconvenient whenever I had to use the bathroom/brush teeth etc. the restaurant staff was lovely and the pools were amazing and relaxing. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The maintenance should’ve fixed the shower in a more timely matter. Other than that I had no complaints.

Grounds well maintained, security, all the pools and location.

Rooms need a little update, but clean.

Beautiful grounds and loved our lanai. Super close to beach. Would stay here again.

Our room was small, but that was my fault. Next time I will book a bigger room.
