Villas del Sol en Los Tules

We LOVE Los Tules and have been there many times. My favorite place in PV. It is so quiet and peaceful. The restaurant is very good and we like not having to get up at the crack of dawn to get a pool chair. It feels like I'm really in Mexico.

Our only complaint. This was the first time we had a room rather than an apartment. The small fridge didn't make ice and there was no where to get ice.

It was easy to check in and service was excellent. Los Tules is a wonderful place and the unit is in a good location. It could be excellent except for the following comments on updating.

The villa needs to be remodeled, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. they have the original tubs, showers and toilets that were put in 50 years ago. The stove has serious corrosion on the side. We had to call in a plumber to fix the sink faucet upstairs. they came quickly but there was water seeping all over the counter top.. The TV reception was on and off again especially in the evening when we wanted to watch it.

A little pricey and one of the bathroom sinks was broken near the pool we used.

Loved the lush grounds around the property, all the tropical plants and trees. The restaurant on the property was affordable with many tasty options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The large property meant it was a nice quiet place to stay without a lot of intruding city noises.

Rooms look a little tired and could use some updates. Noticeable lack of electric outlets meant we had to unplug things to plug in our needed phone chargers.
