Hotel Valladolid

Location is just 10/10 It's right next to the bus terminal. Stuff was extremely helpful to us. There's AC, fridge, microwave and a water dispenser - just everything you need

Comfort

The cleaning people make a lot of noise, I was not able to sleep in late because they were talking outside my room or had the radio on; they are also and not too respectful. I hadn't even checked out for the hotel when they got into my room and started cleaning. I thought that was very disrespectful. I even forgot some stuff there because I didn’t had a chance to mark sure I had not forgotten something.

Great location, being across the road from the ADO bus station and in the centre of town. Free drinking water was great for saving on plastic bottles. I had an internal room which meant no street noise.

The Wifi/Internet had a problem where it would stop working randomly every 10 minutes or so... I think there was a conflict between the many Wifi networks they had running. Very minor but during the day it was quite noisy as my room had a window facing the corridor where cleaning staff would take their break from work.

Am so happy to say that really i give my respect to this hotel. Location, atmosphere and customer service has a quality service. I do recommend 100% this hotel. Its next side to the ado station, a few minutes walk from central park, 10 minutes walk from cenote zaci and the convento where the sign is. The only thing i regret is not spending more days there. Ohh they have water cooler where the guests can refill thier bottles for free. The housekeepers do an extra ordinary job. Every day house keeping. They were so humble. You can easly access taxis from there
