easy to get to as it’s right next to the ADO bus stop, shower worked well (but was a bit a moldy), friendly staff, walking distance to center

very small uncomfortable beds - not comfortable for two adults to sleep in together, VERY NOISY - we were barely able to sleep because you could hear everything from neighboring rooms (TV, speaking, babies crying, etc), the rooms don’t have normal windows, they’re more like blinds so they don’t close fully to isolate noise, A/C was so loud - impossible to leave on at night and without it the room would get very musty, both of us got sick after staying here for two nights

Friendly staff with clean room and comfortable bed. Bonus is location as a hub for day trips right across from ADO terminal and close to collectivo stations.

This is a great option directly across the street from the bus station. It is the cleanest hotel that I've stayed at. The floors sparkle! It is close to everything in central Valladolid and is surrounded by great restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

There is nothing that I didn't like except for the bright green paint color of the room 😂

A step away from the bus terminal and under 5 minutes of everything you want to see. Staff are friendly and helpful; they know where to find the best mini buses to Chichen Itza and direct you to best ways to arrive to cenotes. Clean, comfortable rooms with AC and good water pressure, a good value for budget-traveling. They offer some small things, beverages and coffee for a small price too. There is a coffee shop next to it and delicious foods from street-carts too. I planned for 2 days but stayed longer in this magical town.

Staff were really nice, room was very big, very clean, amazing shower and I was expecting noise from reading reviews but we found it lovely and quite in room 15. Definitely no noise from bus terminal. It’s located right beside everything, the collectivo station is just around the corner to go to Chichen Itza and taxi’s are located just outside the door for local cenotes. Very good wifi, it only dropped the very odd time, TV has Netflix and channels in English. The room has good AC and fan. Breakfast locations just located a block away, I would definitely recommend Coco Latte or Canto Encanto.

Very nice helpful staff, awesome location and great place nearby everywhere 2 blocks from the centre, near the collectivos for chitchiniza near the Ado bus terminal and very fair priced, highly recommended.
