the location, close to the city centre, bus station, scooter and bike rental to go to the cenote . staff is very nice . room is clean .

Great location right next to the bus station. Some people at the reception were very friendly. Bed was super comfy and huge.

No windows in the room! Generally condition of the hotel is fair.

"fabulous location but get a room facing away from street"

very nice staff, location is ideal if you are coming/going on ADO bus, and in general the location is great. Really appreciated the drinking water.

our room was really noisy facing the ADO bus station. children on the same floor were quite wild and very noisy but not hotel’s fault.

Literally right in front of the ADO bus station. After a long journey on the bus from Cancun, it was so nice to just cross the street to the hotel. Pretty basic but such a cute colonial style hotel. The price is great and the girl at the front desk was so sweet.
