"We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Value for money spent was not great. Would recommend though."

We liked the location. The beds were not comfortable though. Also, the noise on several occasions was quite loud and disturbing.

Water pressure was not very good and we had one morning where there was no water from all the hot taps in the room so we couldn't have a shower until maintenance arrived to fix the issue. Hard mattresses.

We like that the property was removed from the street. Being set back on the property kept the noise level down.. essential location close to everything we needed.

The facility was great, in town but very quiet.

The kitchen had very few utensils. 4 spoons, 4 forks, No knives. The 2 frying pans were not good. There was no dresser or drawer to place clothes and other objects.

The pool was great and warm enough to swim in the staff was friendly and the room cleaners did an acceptable job

There could鈥檝e been more kitchen utensils for cooking and at least a couple of sharp knives. And unfortunately in Los Ayala there is no cell service unless you are on the beach
