The location was perfect, close to restaurants and markets. 2 blocks to the beach

Small airway in the bathroom needs a screen to keep mosquitoes out.

We loved the location. Far enough from center to be quiet but close to everything. This is a great place for a family also. It includes an extremely well stocked kitchen.

No complaints.

Overall unit design very good. Exterior landscaping very good. Would suggest a planting screen between pool and parking lot to hide the Kiosko.

The room could use some kind of clothes storage space. Wood chairs uncomfortable. Kitchen utensils poor quality.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The room was clean. The staff were friendly.

There needed to be hooks for hanging towels and clothes. There was no character and charm. Very bland.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Suite felt roomy. Pool was lovely. Hotel very quiet and close to Beach. Staff always accommodating. The pics on line were accurate. Nice Kiosko across the road.

No place to hang towels to dry. No blankets other than a sheet. At night it was cool.

The location is good, the price was ok

Greeting when we arrived no help with luggage, balcony has no furniture, no blankets, no knives, no dish towels, had to request for our room to be cleaned several times. The halls were rarely swept the pool was cleaned once in month. The night watchman blows his nose in his hands and throws the snot where the guests sit by the pool Disgusting! Cleanliness is not a priority

Great location 3 blocks from the beach. New hotel with some really nice touches. Comfy beds and kitchen.

I don't understand why there are no blankets or bed covering. It's cool in the early mornings. Possibly a north American thing, we like the weight of a blanket. I was given a second sheet which I used double. The frying pans weren't non sticking hard to clean. I stayed 10 days, I like to make some meals. A microwave would have been nice. Overall a great stay. A hook or two for towels in the bathroom would be nice. Minor details to work on.
