patio door didn't open, treated like I was going to steal a fork,

I just would not stay again

Quiet clean modern. Very well laid out with a balcony.

The only complaint is that the internet was not always reliable.

Rooms are very spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable for extended stays. Location is excellent set away from most of the noise in town.

Kitchen could be a little better equipped. No microwave but another guest said if you asked for one that they would accommodate. Internet was not the greatest but good enough for personal use.

No breakfast. The staff and managers were wonderful people. Because it was holiday season it was busy,noisy.

My girlfriend and I got stomach problems. We saw the Mexican Doctor. Feeling not well,we decided to fly back to Canada on Dec.31st. So,We decided to "cancel"our final 4 days of accommodation with the staff at Malaki. They said there was no refund available.I said but this is a medical emergency and we must fly home. They said to contact Booking.com. Which I did and got no response. It was not fair to be denied 4 nights of not using a room and losing that very large amount of money. Perhaps when you read this you might show some sympathy with our situation!!!??

Cleanliness, stairwells,price improperly informed on advertisement, lack of supplies,no maid service, improperly advertised for floor of building, unable to accommodate.

Hotel is set back from road making it quiet at night. Very nice pool.
