La ubicación es buena, no en pleno centro, pero cerquita y alejado del ruido nocturno, el personal muy amable y atento que no te falte de nada, las instalaciones limpias aunque muy antiguas.

La habitación era interior, sin ventanas, el baño tan pequeño que ni se podía abrir bien la puerta, Muy caro para lo que es, pero entiendo que era por las fechas de las festividades...

"The staff was fine - but the problem was bed bugs. Other potential customers should be made aware."

The location was fine and the staff very friendly and helpful. \\however - we were bitten by bed bugs - both myself and my husband. When I raised this with the hotel they said it couldn't be the bed. We stayed at the beginning of our 10 day vacation and I had to find a way to wash out the clothes I had warn to ensure no bed bugs came away with us. This was a bad start.

The bed bugs. And what also bothered us was that they did not accept this- even though I showed them the bites. My husband also was bitten. The bathroom was very small, and the shower difficult to use, taking a long time to provide warm water for a shower.

Eramos 4 en una habitación. Tal vez colocar los insumos necesarios para el numero de ocupantes.

"Clean hotel, lovely staff, easy access to Centro"

Staff were lovely. Rooftop access was a bonus. Very clean.

Very noisy street outside so we asked to be accommodated away from the street, however room was very small for two people. Staff did their best.
