"Other than the noise a very good deal"

Very Loud noises from hotel’s pumping equipment at all hours near our room that would wake us up several times every night.

It was impossible to sleep after 6am because of traffic noise from the street. This may have been less with a room at the back of the building.

"Not getting a refund really ruined it"

Staff was great, but didn’t speak a word of English

I told them I would be checking out a day early 4 days in advance. Booking.com said to contact hotel but the hotel charged my credit card $200 and booking.com never helped. So, no refund!!!! I will never book with booking.com again.
