Hotel Casa Don Quijote

Staff were very friendly and made efforts to assist when we asked for help. Beds were extremely comfortable and lovely and warm with blanket and quilt. Room was big and quiet. Good location though had to walk a bit to get to restaurants.

Breakfast was okay. Coffee was horrible. Toast came unbuttered with no butter or jam to put on it. Beans came in a small dish and were lukewarm. Had porridge one and it was undercooked so very chewy. Bath was hard to get into as quite high.

We stayed one night on our way to CDMX. Family of 5 stayed in family suite. Quiet location, close to all the sights. Breakfast included with several options. The check in and out process was easy. Comfortable beds with enough space for us. Good stay overall.

Everything was amazing!! The rooms were all very clean,comfortable, and elegant. Something that my family all loved was the water pressure of the shower heads (with the warm water) and the breakfast that was included when we booked the rooms.

Shower head in Tigre room needs to be replaced. It sprayed out on side and got entire bathroom wet. Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful! Great location. Spacious room, beautifully appointed with super comfortable bed. Great parking service-we drive up and attendant parked our car for us and retrieved it when we needed it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Typical of many Mexico hotels, our motorcycles were parked inside the hotel for the night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and quiet and the bed and shower were both great. We arrived early, but a room was available for us, so we spent that day and half of the next day touring to City with our motorcycles parked safely inside. We mention the easy to find comment in the title as many streets are one way, super steep or even closed in the centro so travel by heavy motorcycles in an urban area can be difficult and limited, especially after a long day of riding.

Staff working the restaurant were very rude. Was not attentive to our table at all, and when given money to pay, when she brought back change she threw it at me. She was very rude and only helped other tables.
