Hotel Casa Don Quijote

Amazing location. Great facilities and welcoming staff.

Location was better than expected because the square was closed to traffic. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee in room was excellent. Staff were fun and very nice. Professional.

Beautiful room, super comfy bed, lovely and helpful staff.

Although I loved the Nespresso, I want COFFEE in the morning. Couldn't open curtains, ground level outside of service area.

The location was good.

I have been charged double for my staying there. I paid in cash but the hotel also charged my credit card. The manager informed me that the money will be returned in my bank account within 14 days. It has been 2 months since then and no refund has taken place. I tried to contact via emails and messages the Hotel and they don't respond. I would highly recommend the tourists to avoid this trap. Also, the Booking itself should double check which hotels are included in their list.

breakfast was average. the stay was quiet and comfortable . we felt safe!

The staff was awesome, and the property was beautiful.

The walls were a little thin, so I could hear noise from other rooms.

The room was large, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and good amenities. the breakfast was good as well.

No fridge or ice, no washcloths (typical for MX), and breakfast not served till 8:30am which was late for us when we were going on tours.
