L’hôtel est irréprochable en matière de propreté. Les chambres étaient parfaitement propres, ainsi que les salles de bain et les espaces communs Accueil exceptionnel par une équipe attentive, souriante et très professionnelle. L'ensemble du personnel de la réception a contribué à notre entière satisfaction Pour le petit déjeuner rien a dire jus d orange frais mssemen delicieux 😋 , avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix, et l'équipe du service toujours agréable Piscine propre je recommande vivement

The room was so bad, the bed was so hard left marks in my back the shower had to hold the handle to shower .

Hotel was amazing would definitely recommend staying. We booked 30mins before arriving and they allowed us to check in early at around midday no extra charge. The staff were all amazing including the reception staff, especially iman, the porters, pool staff and servers and cleaners. The facilities were clean and nice and the rooms were also very clean and nice and had all the amenities and housekeeping staff were very thorough and came every day and did a good job. The pool was also very clean and the staff there were amazing. Although it has opening and closing times they were open quite long and you could stay longer too. The food options were great and it all tasted very nice and there was lots of it and the whole place seemed very clean and Tidy. Location is also very good with lots of shops and restaurants all around the hotel and lots of easy places to get taxis and great shops within walking distance. The security guard outside was also very helpful and definitely made the whole place seem a lot more secure and safe They also allowed us to check out late with no cost which was amazing and the receptionists and managers were amazing and very helpful and accommodating with anything we wanted. Overall amazing hotel and amazing stay would definitely recommend

J'avais initialement réservé 3 nuits, mais j'ai prolongé mon séjour de 4 jours tant l'équipe est formidable. Je vous remercie sincèrement pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre bienveillance. Je reviendrai avec plaisir et je recommande cet hôtel magnifique à tous. Un grand merci à Wafae, Nordine, Hamid, Youness et à toute l'équipe. À très bientôt !
