Nous avons aimé en premier lieu,L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel de la réception particulièrement Mme IMANE et YOUSSEF, la qualité et la propreté des chambres, la variété du petit déjeuner, l'emplacement de l'hôtel et j'en passe.

Le mini bar qui fait un peu de bruit. Mais c'est pas trop gênant vu la superficie des chambres.

L'accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel. La grande chambre avec le lit King size. Bémol sur la salle de bain qui était équipé d'une baignoire et non une douche.

La décoration vieillotte. Pour le petit déjeuner on peut faire mieux

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff throughout, from the security guards and receptionists to the housekeeping team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The location is perfect and centrally situated, making it easy to get around, and the pool is a good size and great for relaxing. Highly recommended!

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueillis par Siham nous avons été sur classé par rapport à ce que nous avons réservé le personnel de ménage au top.ma chambre super bien nettoyé par Imane Soumia et Karima et sans oublier Younès toujours à notre écoute merci encore pour cet agréable séjour

Pour nous tous étaient très bien ,pas déçus du tout et pourtant j'en ai fait des hôtels mais le Royal Mirage est au dessus
