The most comfortable bed during our vacation! Joe and Nati were great, and was a pleasure chatting with them. The hotel is fresh, and has all the amenities you might need on vacation.

Nice walk from downtown. Close to Coco beach.

Everything was excellent at the location, very clean and really liked the larger refrigerator. Would absolutely love to come back again to Kin Studios.

All was good

Simple spot but had everything we need. King size bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was good, it was nice to have a mini-fridge and electric kettle. Nice views from the roof, but no chairs up there. Definitely a walk / taxi away from the main area, but we appreciated that.

The room was good, comfortable bed and lots of space, AC worked well, shower had good pressure and hot and cold. The closet beach is 2 blocks away.

The owners made me feel uncomfortable which is not something you want to feel as a single female traveler. I’m pretty sure the owners were entering my room during the day. One day the kettle stopped working and the tire on my bike was damaged. The island is very safe so this felt targeted. There was no safe so I took my important docs with me during the day because I did not trust them in the room. There is an area to hang clothes (you are not allowed to hang clothes outside) even though that was happening on the roof top, it was not sufficient for a beach town. The owner also told me to go downtown to rent a bike, but there was a great rental place like 3 blocks away.

Great location.....steps from the beach. Super comfy bed.

It’s located in a quiet area of Holbox. The lady who helped us check-in was really nice and helpful.

Smell of mold in all rooms, very basic
