Very comfortable. Cool location, but get a taxi to and from the ferry. Not worth the trek with suitcases. But totally fine to stroll along the beach if you want to go downtown or to a restaurant

Good value. Clean basic but spacious room. Close to punta cocos which we like. As far from beach as you can get on the west end of Holbox, but still pretty close. I would stay again if other choices full. OK place.

Unpleasant manager made us feel that we were putting her out. Always no, never can I help you. No comfortable shared spaces, no good seating in room so not comfy to stay at hotel- good for cheap comfy bed,/place if you are always at beach/ out. Roof has potential is accessible but no chairs/seating.

Large bed

We missed the dining table and chairs on the balcony. When we wanted to borrow them from the ground floor balcony, the property said we couldn't, even though we were the only ones in the property.

Very nice and big rooms. Very clean. The position is not very central but in a reachable and quiet area. Recommend

Very basic but modern studio, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, wife, nice clean bathroom, hot shower. Quiet area, close to the beach. Around 20 min walk from the centre, beautiful walk down the beach ⛱️ So if like these walks this place required it. Nice restaurant nearby. Bioluminescent beach and flamingos 15 min walk. We really liked this place, stayed there for 6 nights.

If there is a rainy season, roads might be floted, so taxi will be required.

In a quieter location of Holbox which was great for us. Closer to bioluminescence. Very big, comfy bed. Rooftop perfect for bird watching, particularly at sunrise!

Providing filtered water would make this place better.

I liked the place, the location, the room was spacious.

I didn’t like the fact that in the room was always a strong smell of closed and humidity. I also didn’t like that our room wasn’t cleaned every day. The host told us that after 3 days she would have changed our sheets. We went out in the morning of the third day and when we came back she didn’t change and clean nothing. It was like 3pm. I went to ask her and she told me that she didn’t do it because i did not let her the key in the morning, but she never told us to do it. i ask her if she could do it please, because we can wait and she said no, because she has other things to do. Meanwhile she was watching a movie on the phone… and she actually didn’t do it.
