incredibly rude staff, make you feel guilty & stare you down every time you use the drinking water, no water pressure, dirty sheets, rooms smell of mold, it costs $40USD additional for your stay as you must go back & forth with a taxi due to the massive puddles of water you cannot walk into town. Stay at Bhoga, cozy rooms or any other place!!!!

Loved the design, rooms were super spacious also! The owners are also so lovely.

The WiFi didn’t work well for the majority of our stay :( other than this no issues

Everything was very good overall. The installations were very good. It's a little bit far from town (for Holbox distances). Take that into account if you want to be downtown often, as you will walk through the beach.

Our only complain, is that by default there is not sheet's cover. We had to ask them to the staff, but they were clearly unprepared. Eventhough it was not cold it was chilly at night, at winter season.

Very comfortable stay here. Great aircon and amazing big comfy bed. Nice to have a small fridge to use and some crockery available too. Shower is nice and powerful and has hot water. The beach is a short walk

The only thing that is a challenge for this place is how far it is from the town. It is a good 20 minute walk which can be hard in the heat however the cost is cheaper because of this.

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable! Very close to the beach Punta Coco to admire the bioluminescence😍 the personal is very nice and available!

Mendigar la electricidad cada rato. Curiosamente la fase que no se encendía era la del microondas, aire acondicionado y nevera; por tanto 2 noches sin dormir.

No drinking water available and the only shop to buy it nearby is cash only. We ran out of cash and the only atm with pesos was closed (and also far away in centre of town). Having water available would be a massive improvement. Location is far from town so having bikes available would also be a huge bonus. There were bikes there but we were told we couldn't use them
