Great location and super helpful staff! I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to try to contact my tour guide in Spanish early in the morning when the guide didn't arrive on time. They also efficiently handled an early check-out and prepared a breakfast box for me. The hotel is very close to Plaza de Armas (about a 10-15 minute walk), and the surrounding area feels quite safe to walk around, even after sunset. They also welcomed me with comforting coca tea upon arrival, and they provide a hot water kettle along with free coca tea that guests can enjoy anytime during their stay.

I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms through the bathroom window. It might be a bit annoying if you are sensitive to sound.

Tous. C'était parfait. Un personnel très accueillant et attentionné. Un petit coup de coeur pour la patronne. Un amour de bonne femme avec un coeur immense. Les chambres spacieuses, lit confortable, petit déjeuners au top, propre... Je conseille cet endroit milles fois. Super bien placé. ❤️ Merci pour tous

Very friendly staff, good location, very good breakfast.

The bathrooms of the different rooms are interconnected through the ventillation system, so you can hear noises from the other bathrooms. The room was a bit cold at times.

Super hôtel bien décoré plein de couleurs. Lit confortable. Super accueil avec un thé offert pour l'altitude. Personnel super gentil. Petit déjeuner super fait par deux dames de l'hôtel, aux petits soins. Localisation très bien, proche du centre.

On entend beaucoup les autres gens dans l'hôtel et pas de fenêtre extérieure mais comme bcp d'endroits ici
