Desayuno y trato excelente, el personal muy amable y la ubicación muy buena.

Super hôtel bien décoré plein de couleurs. Lit confortable. Douche super. Super accueil avec un thé offert pour l'altitude. Personnel super gentil. Petit déjeuner super fait par deux dames de l'hôtel, aux petits soins. Localisation très bien, proche du centre. Vous pouvez aussi laisser vos affaires durant vos trek.

Casa Matara is excellent value. It's really well located, an easy walk to Plaza Armas, San Pedro Markets and most everything you would want to visit in Cusco. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I was travelling with my mother, who has many allergies, and they were so helpful to ensure that she ate a substantial breakfast each morning (rather than just fruit, as was the case with other places we stayed). The rooms are comfortable and clean AND they just had a lift put in which was very convenient. There is always tea available (including coca tea if you need) and they also have oxygen for those struggling with the altitude.

If you have a room facing the street, you may get some noise from the road but it wasn't so bad as to keep us awake.

A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e sempre disposta a nos agradar. O destaque ficou para a senhora Carmen, sempre muito amável e atenciosa. Há sempre um chá quentinho à disposição. As instalações são renovadas e a pousada é bem localizada, pois fica a uma curta caminhada da Plaza de Armas. O café da manhã é excelente e quando saimos cedo para os passeios nos organizaram um lanche para levar. Segunda vez que nos hospedamos em Casa Matara.
