Después de la confirmación, recibí un correo electrónico el que decía que tenia que hacer la transferencia para completar la reservacion. Asi lo hice, al momento de llegar me dijeron que no podían checar si se había recibido la transferencia, y por eso tenia que pagar nuevamente y esperar hasta el dia lunes a que se hiciera la devolución de la transferencia. Nada de flexiblidad, empatia o criterion. Obviamente no me quedé alli.

La limpieza de la habitación

Que el wifi no sirviera. Que no tengan abanico las habitaciones y que las porciones en el restaurante sean de muy poca cantidad.

"Proceso complicado para "confirmar" reserva"

La ubicación era adecuada de acuerdo a mis necesidades

El proceso de reserva en el que piden hacer transferencia previo a la estancia, posterior piden enviar comprobante por correo y al llegar al hotel piden enviarlo por WhatsApp. El hotel esta sobre una avenida y se oye mucho ruido de la calle lo que complica el descanso
