El Encanto Garden Hotel

Nice staff and the property located in large landscaped gardens. Good value for money. Breakfast and dinner can be served at the property. Please bring a torch if heading into town in the dark. Basic room and bathroom. Great fan to cool you down.

NB this property is at the end of the horrendous entrance road. You will be seriously rattled on a scooter. It's actually dangerous to get up or down to the property. Please charge a few more $/€ and fix it! Limited space for clothes in the room. We were disappointed with our stay. For the same price we had much better stays in Nicaragua.

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, limpio. El personal muy amable. Ofrecen lo indispensable para tu estadía, toallas limpias, jabón, shampo, la cama y el edredón perfectos.

En relación al precio es un poco elevado.

Magnifique vue sur le volcan Concepción depuis le bar, resto. Le jardin est magnifique, l'hôtel est idealement situé et le personnel tres sympathique et aidant. Nous avons tout reserve depuis la reception : location de scooter, tour guide sur le volcan Maderas ( attention très dur et beaucoup de boue), taxi pour le retour... Le petit dej ( en suplement) est tres bon. Notre chambre etait parfaite ( tres propre, literie ferme mais tres bien, eau chaude, climatisation...) Quelques insectes mais quoi de plus normal en pleine nature...

Staff was friendly and helpful. The ground is beautiful and peaceful. Our room was spacious with good shelves to put our belongings. Delicious mangos fell from trees and were free to pick. The location is good to access popular attractions nearby.

The uphill road to reach the hotel is small and easy to miss. It is mainly a dirt road poorly paved with big rocks and minimal concrete. It is challenging for an inexperienced motorcycle rider to ride up and down that road. It could be dangerous to ride that road in the dark or in a rainy day. We almost decided to switch to a different accommodation because of that. We ended up parked the motorcycle downhill and walked the path most of the time.
