El Encanto Garden Hotel

A wonderful large room dipped in a green secluded setting! Great location, just a 5 minute uphill walk on an unpaved road off the main road. The little town has a supermarket and a few restaurants. We arrived in the darkness and communication with the hotel was fantastic and reliable to help us in finding El Encanto.

Breakfast was very good. Location was good. We stayed in a cheap room which was not comfortable nor clean, but on the last day we upgraded to a very nice cabin, which was clean bigger, comfortable, better beds with a nice patio.

The first three nights we were in a small room that was not cleaned well until the third day. One bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Lucy at the front desk and breakfast was fabulous, but the gentleman who twice served us was unfriendly and unaccommodated and not good at his job.

Amazing view of the Volcano from my chalets balcony. Property located surrounded by greenery at at one with nature. Room and facilities as described. Great staff and management. Good food at restaurant Quad bikes and scooters available to hire.

El hotel es sumamente bonito. Su ubicacion es muy cerca de los principales puntos turisticos de Ometepe, pero retirado de la calle principal. Los cuartos son sumamente amplios. las camas muy comodas. la limpieza sumamente buena. El anfitrion y su esposa son grandes personas, El desayuno estaba sumamanete rico. La estancia fue muy buena.

No habia tanta variedad en el desayuno a escoger. Por lo demas todo estaba muy muy bien.
