Hotel y Villas Gran Vía, Tultitlán

The room was clean and when we ordered room service once, the food was good.

This hotel was extremely disruptive to our stay and peace of mind. They came to our room after 9:00 p.m. in the evening to clean without our consent while we were in the room and told us we had to leave the room so that they could clean it. This happened the second day that we were there. I work remotely and was in the middle of working when this happened. They interrupted my work call and had zero regards for that, even though I told them that I was working and needed to finish my work. Twice two different staff members entered our room without knocking-the second staff member at least said sorry, the first one said nothing, she just left the room when she saw me looking at her while I was laying in bed. Even though we told them repeatedly we didn't need anything, they still kept coming at various times, knocking and interrupting two of my works calls at two separate times. I had to have my daughter talk to them several times and tell them while I was working, that I am working, and that we didn't need anything. But they kept insisting. I had to tell the manager intently to please stop interrupting us and that I travel with the necessities that we need and that it was not helpful to keep interrupting us with what we dont need. In my opinion, This hotel does not have regards to time and noise or what you could possibly be doing. Some of the housekeepers play music loud without headphones. And they clean at all hours of the day and the night. It's good to keep the place clean, but not to be disruptive to guests! This hotel needs to get better organized with their cleaning schedule and learn to respect that people could be sleeping, working, getting dressed etc, before they demand to clean and enter without notice and that they also need to respect guests wishes when they say no! My daughter and I were only here for 5 days and looked for another hotel to book and were happy to leave.

Las instalaciones van con el precio pero la amabilidad con la que te tratan los encargados en recepción lo hace especial.

Buena relación costo beneficio. Muy buen servicio. restaurante con buen servicio y precios justos
