Hotel y Villas Gran Vía, Tultitlán

Literally liked nothing aside from the Fonda restaurant.

No a/c, rude staff, un-organized staff, hard beds, no hospitality. We had to leave our key every time for some reason. They threatened us by telling us we could not take our car out of their private parking lot, if we didn’t pay for staining a cheap crusty towel. Even had 2 men block off the door to one of my family members because of the towel, when she needed to go work. Horrible experience. I do not recommend staying here.

The room was very big, nice, and clean. It is convenient from the Felipe Angeles Airport with a late evening arrival. It was less than a 30 minute taxi ride, and not as expensive as taking a taxi downtown. A good place to spend the night closer to that airport. Older reviews say they do not have breakfast, but that is not true anymore. You can scan a QR code in the room and see a menu. Then call and order room service. It is reasonably priced. They are open throughout the day, for lunch and dinner. And you can buy drinks and snacks at the desk.
