El Roble Nature Hotel & Lagoon

Reservamos el alojamiento por su muelle privado con acceso a dos kayaks que puedes usar. Fue una experiencia muy bonita estar en esa zona del hotel, no obstante, no es suficiente para ver las distintas tonalidades del agua, ir hasta los cenotes etc, ya que la laguna es muy grande. Tiene agua para tu uso e infusiones.

La habitación era muy bonita con buen mobiliario, pero no había ningún lugar - armario, cómoda- donde apoyar y dejar tus cosas. Tampoco había mosquitera. Por la noche entra muchísima luz desde una ventana sin cortina del patio que tiene unas lucecitas. También echamos en falta más información del personal. El sitio está alejado lo cual puede estar bien si es lo que buscas. Hace falta coche para ir al pueblo.

La ubicación, está fuera de la ciudad y la laguna está increíble. Estábamos solos en la zona y eso lo hacía perfecto. El agua limpia, sin ruidos, pura naturaleza. El servicio de 10, muy amables, muy familiar, se siente seguro

Las camas podrían estar algo mejor, pero es lo de menos, normalmente te pasas todo el día de excursión o visitando la zona, llegas cansado y listo.

Great shower with hot water, balcony with hammock with views (through trees) of the lake, A/C, just a really great room with a big, comfortable bed. The shaded dock with lounge chairs was perfect and we basically had the place to ourselves. The water was a little choppy, so we used the lifejackets that come with the kayaks to make it easier. Very quiet atmosphere, perfect for getting away. There is a dog who pretends to limp sometimes for attention. The cats are cute too. None of the animals get in your way. Also the kitchen for guest use and the tea/coffee in the morning was a bonus, as is the external bathroom that we were able to use to change after we checked out and went for a swim. I only spoke Spanish with the staff. The grounds are beautiful.

One of the kayak paddles could use a little repair, but this was a very little thing in a fantastic stay.

Yhere is sewage smell from the shower at night. They need to change/adjust the water trap in the drain.

Great area for swimming and relaxing on the dock. Great, friendly staff. Very happy with my stay there and will stay again. The have 2 kayaks to use. My girlfriend loved the friendly cats too

The only thing i didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer.
