El Roble Nature Hotel & Lagoon

Upon arrival the room had no water. They did not accept credit card. Driving into and leaving the area was awkward.

place was so peaceful, love to be by the lake, no lake view from our room but no problem at all.

sign to the property needs to be more visible, its very small and dark, it is hard to get in and out from the main road after dark. also access from the main road to the terrain path its way raft, uneven and complicated to access property.

Beautiful room and bathroom. Patio space for enjoying the beautiful weather. A few flights of stairs and you're in the water. They have free kayaks if you want to use them.

A bit far from town so be prepared to pay for taxis if you don't have your own vehicle.

Lovely little hotel a short drive from the centre of bacalar. Private pier with two kayaks you can use for free. Definitely recommend waking up for sunrise! Good value for money, given lake access

Very close to highway 307, which is extremely loud day and all night, something important to consider when staying in Bacalar. Also the access road is in very poor condition

The location is directly at the lagoon with a private access. We were received warmly and Nancy made our stay excellent. I would come back.

It would be great, if they would sell softdrinks and maybe even some alcoholic beverages on the property for the guests.
