El Roble Nature Hotel & Lagoon

Location was at the side of the lake. Comfortable large room.

Rooms were clean but the hut near the lake and the furniture was rather outdated and not so well maintained.

It was really basic for the price

Good spot. And the place does have internet (although Booking.com says not).

It has a pier to the lagoon, the staff is very friendly

the beds could be of better quality. We are allergic to cats and have several on the property

Quiet place, wifi available, surrounded by nature and the lagoon, easy access to the lagoon

No TV in the room, is a little bit far from Bacalar downtown

it’s a beautiful small hotel by the lake. we were the only tourists at the property with a terrace and a small pier looking the lake. our room was small but pleasant with the balcony and bathroom. comfortable bed and fridge in the room. it is very quiet place, perfect to chill out and enjoy the beautiful colours of the lake. there are 2 kayaks to rent as well. very pleasant stay at the property.

the road to rich the house is quite poor.

Atmosphere is magic and the silence of the nature incredibile! This place is really peaceful and having breakfast in front of the laguna is magic

The welcome has been quite cold. The area is far away from the town, during the evening seems quite lonely and dark

Wonderful location with steps down to the dock on the breathtaking lagoon! The accommodations where nice and clean. The staff where friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook in. All in all I highly recommend.

Everything was great, however, luck of the draw, I stayed three nights and the time of my booking put me in the worst room in the complex. There is 5 units, I was the only one without a view and faced the entrance road so I was able to hear the highway. The other units where the same price, if I where to have had better luck to be in one of those I would rate 5 stars. I still enjoyed and highly recommend El Robel
