Nothing at all

Terrible room. Exceptionally small and cramped. No air conditioning or fan in the room which we only found out after checking in on a terribly sunny and hot day. We literally drove to Greymouth and booked another place for the night

Fridge didnt work, there was no soap in the room

The location was ideal for us visiting Pancake Rocks before our return to Christchurch. The bed was comfortable.

The facilities were not great, the shower was a dribble and scolding hot or freezing cold. There was also no shampoo or shower gel, which you do generally get in accommodations these day. What shampoo / body wash there was had been watered down. Plus, even though there were bowls, spoons etc there was no washing up liquid to give the bowls etc a decent wash before or after use.

Location was excellent, restaurant was great. Food selection good, portions large.

Poor stocking in room, cutlery but no plates, jug and toaster available. Unfortunately heavy metal music was played loudly until closing, which wasn't late but considering audience, poor taste. Shower is useless, don't bother!

De locatie was Top, dichtbij de Pancake Rocks en we konden hier de trail lopen die we wilden nml. Pororari Punakaiki Track.

erg gedateerde kamer op zich geen probleem, maar het matras was super zacht. Kleine douchestraal en geen fohn. Overal hadden ze tijdens onze reis een magnetron, maar helaas hier niet; ook geen borden of kommetjes voor bv je ontbijt.
