Bed and Terrace Guesthouse Chiang Mai

I actually stayed here from September 1st - 18th while looking for a condo in Chiang Mai. This meant that I stayed in three different rooms and really did get a good 'flavour' for the hotel. I cannot fault it. The rooms are very comfortable and so nicely decorated. The beds are a very good size and put me to sleep very quickly every night! Similarly, all rooms that I stayed in had a balcony, which gave great views and allowed me to 'top up'my tan! The location of the hotel is ideal. You are a very short walk away from the main attractions. However, if feeling a bit lazy, a Grab bike will get you anywhere within 4 minutes! However, one of the huge things I liked about this hotel was its staff. They are so friendly and hospitable and cannot do enough for you. Although I am now settled in Chiang Mai, if I ever need to recommend a hotel to a friend, it will be this one. Absolutely amazing staff, who care about their guests a lot. I have been in many hotels all around the world, and, without a doubt, this is the best value hotel that I have stayed at. A huge 'Thank you' to all of your staff, for making my stay in Chiang Mai so memorable.

There is nothing I did not like about this hotel.

Very near to the markets, restaurants etc. The staff was lovely and the room had a homely feeling and everything you need plus a big balcony to chill. Good value for money.

The room could need a little renovation.

Close to the old town and the newer area. The staff were friendly and you can book some excursions through them. In a quiet area next to two schools. 711 is close by.

The last day we were there , there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom and when we left the hotel it looked like they were pumping out something from the pipes.

Really big room with almost 360 degree views over the city. Really good value for money. Extrapoints for netflix in the room. Could visit again anytime.

spacious and clean room could be enough for mid to long term rental amazing view of the mountain on one side and skyline on the others location is close enough to action but quiet for a chill vibes close to shops like laundry, small shops and others staff is amazing and so helpful - thanks for keeping my luggage's during my road-trip

the stairs were quite steep, no elevator, top floor, floor 5 the door between the room and the balcony locked only from the inside and you cannot really keep it open after dark due to the mosquitoes.

Big room with nice balcony in a quiet street on the 4 floor, no elevator. We liked the place, it is nice decorated.
