Bed and Terrace Guesthouse Chiang Mai

Staff was friendly, location was good, place was cleaned.

Photos didn't entirely reflect my room - expected a larger room and more modern. Bathroom was small at the point were the shower was too close to the toilet and were not separated at all,most of the time you will get your toilet wet. Courtains wouldn't close completely the window and light would come in at early morning. Windows Not well insulated, noisy.

so many things! It’s super clean. My room felt more like a large but cute bedroom than just another guesthouse or hotel room. The furnishings and decor were mainly a mix of 1980s and 1990s design, which I really liked. comfy bed, big flat screen tv, big fridge, vanity table. And the staff are lovely. Friendly, yet the whole place is very quiet. And gorgeous pot plant gardens downs stairs and some nice real plants in the room. Air Conditioner worked very well. Definitely one of the best I’ve stayed in over ten years travelling.

It was magical! The room is perfect. It was enchanting, there is so much attention to details it show the love of the owners! The room has all the amenities you need and much more, and it has so many beautiful things, ornomant, picture and furnitures even real plants. It's very clean well decorated and porch is just lovely as in the picture and in they even have a hidel small coy pond in the yard. If you the chance just grab this wonderful place, it the definition of a hidden gem!

The only bad thing there is that I had to leave

The staff is definitely great - the guys are very friendly and will do their best to help. The mountain views (for those who have them) are amazing, the location of the hotel is close to all the important places and at the same time on a fairly quiet street. Cleaning and change of towels - every day, change of bed linen - every three days.

The room on the 5th floor is huge, nicely designed and has a convenient exit to the terrace (however, it is public, which means you have to keep the balcony door and most of the windows closed at all times). The air conditioning is veeery tired and noisy. We were offered a fan to keep it quiet at night, and it really helped, but the only windows that opened looked out onto the terrace, where the noisy water pump for the entire building is located. Every day at ~6am it started working and made a shrill noise. Please replace the air conditioner or unblock the windows near the bed - this way the water station will not be so audible.
