Bed and Terrace Guesthouse Chiang Mai

the view from the desk when I worked was amazing, i could all the sky shades changing in front of me. the room is big and clean the terrace is great as well. the bed and pillows are super comfy. the little shop at the corner is super handy. there is another restaurant in front. laundry service is 2 min behind the place its quiet et peaceful yet close to the action if needed

the stairs, the room was on the top floor - level 5, stairs are quite steeps on some part. i was working and needed a strong wifi connection. which was the case most of the time except between 6 to 9, there were disruptions.

The room was very big and well equipped with a fridge, big wardrobe, safe, desk and even a dresser with a big mirror.

The bathroom was very strangely build. The shower was just attached to the wall next to the toilet, so when you showered the entire room was wet. Also there was a loud mechanical sound even though being on the 4th floor, that made it very difficult to sleep. The staff hardly acknowledges anybody walking past reception, sadly a very dissapointing experience.

The bedroom was bigger than expected with a nice balcony and a big fridge (not like the small ones from typical hotels)

The only less good thing is the small bathroom. Showering would wet the toilet and the whole bathroom

Very good location and quiet, appreciated that they have brought drinking water into the room every day, cleaned and changed the towels. The people working there are nice and helpful.

Looked niewer in the pictures and the curtains did not manage to make the room dark, we had to use sleep masks to be able to sleep longer.

Great location, close to the night market and the old city. Calm and peaceful street that allowed us to rest at night. Amazing view on the mountain from the bedroom.

My allergies acted up every night when entering our room, I’m not sure if it’s due to the old building or something else, but I was sneezing constantly inside as well as my nose would start running. — I do not have an allergies regularly, so not sure what caused the problem.
