Good room, good location and the staff are really helpful, they book, tickets for the tour and for the bus, and rent a bike for you. Everything perfect

"Wonderful"

Good location, very reasonable price. Staff are helpful and lovely, they support bus to Ninh Binh and organize trip to Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay as well. Highly recommend!

"great for all our needs"

central location. we decided to stay an extra night and it was no problem for them . budget hotel so you get what you pay for . had a fridge and ac .

staff don’t speak much English so hard to communicate sometimes
