Cheap, clean, nice staff, huge rooms and comfortable beds. Great location.

+ good price to quality ratio + big room (we had 2 double beds + 2 chairs and the table + tasty breakfast (a few options to choose) + friendly staff who speaks great English + good location - close to many restaurants and tour operators + good wifi + possibility to organize transportation (cheaper than elsewhere!) + kettle on request + minibar / fridge in the room

- cold in the room - A/C didn't work (we couldn't use it at all and the staff told us that it's impossible to use A/C to heat up the room) - cleanliness

The host was absolutely amazing and lovely, she really made the stay nice for us. She was very inviting and on the last day whilst waiting for the bus back to Hanoi she treated us to coffee and some local pancake. You can book trips at the hotel as well as buses back to Hanoi and other locations. The breakfast was really good with a small menu but it sufficed. The beds were really comfortable. Hotel has a lift. Location was great next to all the shops and restaurants and a 15 min walk to the nearest beach. Just overall a great place to stay at.

We liked everything, the location was perfect, in the rooms there was allot of space and really clean. They give you every day fresh towels if you want to. But most importently the woman at the reception she was awesome, she really read your mind about everything and speachs perfectly english, so we extendet our stay 2 times. Also the tours where so easy to book and much cheaper. To rent a motorbike was also no problem.

Great place to stay. We only stayed one night, but the service was excellent, the price was very low. Close to everything. Very helpful with tourist information. Thanks!
