Le Pont Hotel

The room we finally stayed in was comfortable. The AC worked well. So many restaurants nearby and everything walking distance. Breakfast is included (but no choice, which is ok since it is included in the price).

The first 3 rooms we were shown were not cleaned from the last guests. The lady was very nice, but didn't speak English at all, so communication was hard.

The breakfast was really nice (nothing fancy but still a nice meal) and cheap/included in the price. Great value for price and accomodating and nice staff!

Very helpful and kind staff, they let us check in very early. The lady helped us with renting scooter for half day. The location is great. We could use late check out for 50k. The breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is older but clean. However, there was an unpleasant smell in our room.

The receptionist was really lovely and helpful - she was the best thing about this hotel. Booked us a boat trip and bus tickets for Hanoi and spoke good English. The room was spacious. The hotel was in a good location close to restaurants and a mini market. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel was probably nice around 15 years but now it's very dated and basic. The lift felt a bit clunky! It was ok for the amount paid but we've paid the same prices for other hotels in Vietnam and this was not as good.

The room is big and clean. Staff is really nice and super helpful. There is a very nice free breakfast as well.

It was extremely humid in the hotel due to the weather (the room was not too humid though).
