Incredibly good value for money, the staff are very helpful. Anything you need they will try and help you with.

The beds were very comfortable.

Nothing. The staff were very pleasant, the laundry service too and also the breakfast.

A lot of things: location, breakfast, room, the wonderful and resourceful Ms. Le Pont (and her family), as well as the other supporting services the hotel provides such as arranging transportations for travel and sightseeing.

I came back here for twice and I'd love to do again. The price is excellent for my budget. Breakfast is included so I cant ask for too much. However, they have tasty pancake. Good location. Dont recommend if you are looking for a facility room. The room is basic but services are excellent. Staff are super nice

It was an amazing stay! The Hotel is in a perfect location, the room is large, bright and equipped with everything that is needed. The breakfast is very good. Ah our Host is an exceptional girl, professional excellent English and extremely kind, she helped us with all the services from the washing machine to the Tour in the bay, the best of all, with tickets and moped rental. In short, you can not ask for more, absolutely recommended !!

Large rooms, breakfast was OK (3 choices). Ha at the desk was very sweet, helpful and spoke good English. Great location a short walk from the waterfront, with many restaurants nearby.

Plumbing was rudimentary. One of our rooms had no hot water, and one sink drained onto the floor. Beds were quite hard. Also, like many other hotels in Vietnam, they pressured us to pay in cash even though they advertise on Booking.com that credit cards are accepted. When I insisted, Ha made arrangements with an affiliated hotel to accept our payment by credit card.
